I've only had a couple of Mikkeller beers, but they've been uniformly fantastic. Expensive, but so far, definitely worth it.

1000 IBUs?!?! Sounds amazing!According to Brewmaster Shaun Hill who owns the Hill Farmstead Brewery and used to work with the Mikkeller bros., the Mikkeller brothers are crazy guys!! Try the Beer Geek Breakfast from Mikkeller. Amazing, amazing beer.
